RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Returns Policy

We accept returns, please read the conditions and policy below.

You can cancel the order up to 14 days after receiving the items (See our returns process).

Once you have cancelled the order you have to return the items to us within 7 days.

Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.

You can request for a replacement item for your returned item, this will be shipped to you as soon as we can within 14 days of us receiving your returned item. (Additional shipping costs may be applicable to you).

Only the purchaser is entitled to returns.

We may ask for proof of purchase in some circumstances.

You need to retain your receipt of purchase.

Download and complete our returns request form and include it with your return item.

We retain the right to carry out assessments on individual returns and offer replacements, credit notes, part or full refunds only if applicable.

All liquids, pastes, grease, and any other purchases within this category will not be eligible for returns if the containers have been opened and or tampered with in any way.

We will not accept returns on any packaging and items that have been made dirty and damaged by you or a third party.

Returns Process

To cancel an order please contact us with your order number and tell us you wish to cancel

Inform us of the reason for you wish to cancel your order

Download or request our returns form, print it, complete it, include it with your return and return within 14 days from the day you cancel your order.

The package must be properly and securely packed making sure you include all the original contents and packaging (failure to do so may result in refusal or incurring of further costs).

Refunds Policy

You will be eligible for a full refund including delivery costs if the items were faulty or damaged before you received them. This will be determined at our discretion following an investigation.

No refund will be available if an item was used, fitted, altered, damaged or made faulty by you or a third party.

If you no longer want an item that is not faulty or damaged (For example if you change your and simply no longer want the items) then refund eligibility will be judged for the original order amount only. You returns delivery cost will not form part of the refund.

To be eligible for a refund you must cancel the order up to 14 days after receiving the items and follow our Returns Process.

All eligible refunds will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the items from you.
